Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctors, When I delay my meal or skip a meal I get severe headache ache which streacth till upper back, shoulders, and continue for a day. Also, my feet and palms are always very hot. Please suggest what is wrong with me.

Hi I seem to get arm pain in both only in sleep. If I take deep breath on waking it improves. Also I hyperventilate a lot during day when talking . Any connection

11 yrs ago, I got fits disease. So doctor suggested me to take medicines for 3 yrs. Then I completed the course. In between the coarse, I didn't get any symptoms of fits. After 2 months of completion of coarse, I again got fits. So doctor suggested me to use medicines for 5 yrs. But still, I didn't get seizures but getting symptoms like severe headache(like a needle entered into brain) at left part of brain & sensation like something moving inside the jaw muscles. So, I didn't stopped the medicines till now. Recently, doctors did CT scan & EEG scan. All reports show normal. But they are not ensuring me to stop medicines. Kindly suggest a permanent solution for my problem.
