Brain and Spine Problems

I'm having headache for almost a month, and I visited a doctor. He asked me to take CT scan. I'm attaching the report with this. What is the report saying. I'm going to meet doctor tomorrow, but just curious to know what it is saying!

So just recently while writing an output for school, I'm havin a hard time writing specific letters like, letters O, C, and G. Like my hand just freezes or like its kinda like a stutter but in my hands. I dont really know why but it just started all of a sudden. Im worried it might mean something.

I have tremors, I see my hand shake when in front of me, when I press my phone too i see the phone shaking and my thump shakes while texting. My hand shakes while holding things like paper, spoon e.t.c It's more on the right hand than the left. I use to have body twitching too but that has seem to reduce

Hii, i have got an accident yesterday and i got injury in my head, what should i do? pain is not happening but what shuold i do? should i go for CT scan for safty side?

My mother is suffering from Varicose vein for many years. Last year she had severe breathing difficulty and diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism. Since then she has to take blood thinner (Acetrome ) and some medicines. Her varicose vein seems to be severe now. I got her Tynor compression stockings but still we could see curled veins and she has itching as well. Is there any tablet or ointment that goes along with her current medication to treat her varicose veins? Or please suggest a good treatment for varicose veins.

I am a patient of minor cataract since last 2 months and there's little hazzyness in my vision. Also I am upsc aspirant and currently having lots of stress because of studies. I am having continuous mild dizziness and little headache not in forehead region but in upper part and also dizziness and like little but lack of consciousness. I read about the symptoms on google and it showeed brain cancer now apsrt from the exam I have got another stressful topic i.e my health now. I am very very concerned about it all the time and it leads to overthinking everytime. I don't discuss this with my parents because they'd also get stressed out and my father is hypertension patient, Can anyone help me out regarding this problem? Can it be stress induced symptoms only? My family don't have any cancer history but I am still very very stressed out. Kindly help me please.
