Brain and Spine Problems

I always get headache due to loudspeaker and it lasts for many hours. I am suffering from migraine since 5-6 years.What should I do?

My father uses a back straightener belt for spine support. I want to purchase a new one but I don't know what it's called in medical terms or where can I buy it. Please suggest the name and a place in Bangalore where I can buy this . I have attached the photo.

Wife is suffering from TN since last 18 yrs, got operated by dr VK Khosla during 10/10 & now problem is again rising.Dr ofPGI CHD suggested GammaKnife Treatment,besides initially by increasing dose of oxcarb from 600 to 750mg daily.she is better by increasing dose but side effects r noticed,she feels bitter taste every moment . Dr of PGI CHD HAVE ADVICED FOR GAMMA KNIFE TREATMENTS BESIDES GOING ON HIGHER DOSE OF OXCARB. Please advice whether we may continue medicine of 750 MG oxcarb daily or continue to 600mg oxcarb daily.

My mother have been suffering from Alzheimer disease and we have been taking admenta 10 for the same.but now situation is deteriorating I think she is in her 5 or 6th stage .As me being her son she forgets me.she keeps on wandering out side.s sometimes becomes very aggressive. should I take her to psychiatrist or neurologist.

Can low vitamin b12 and vitamin D cause hand tremors. My B12 level is 116pg/ml and vitamin D is 12.9 ng/ml

She has gastro problem from 10 years. Food can't digest and latrine can't clear properly. Now from right arm to hand her right portion is getting cold and slow working. She get nervous on that. Can u tell me that which doctor will prefer for her.

I felt dizzy for in january.After that i felt the same for 10 days in march.Without treatment it stopped.Now,  im feeling the same dizziness for almost 2 complete months.i dont know whether it is dizziness or not.I feel not real.Im having lot of troubles in digestion.I dont feel nausea but im facing frequent stomach aches and stomach troubles.Im also having sensitivity to sun light currently.Im afraid whether it is because of some brain damage.i had a accident before one and half a year with mild head damage..is this causing me the problem.... My doctor told me that i just have a nose and throat infection and he gave me tablets... Im taking those tablet's for the past one month but there is no use.... What am i supposed to do now?
