Brain and Spine Problems

I was having bouts of dizziness, my doctor hospitalized my and they had my CT scan brain and Mri brain and angiography and Mri contrast and everything was normal my BP, lipid, creatinine all r normal now he is advised me to have CT coronary angiography, what should I do

Is it dangerous to have Rejunex cd3 with multivitamin tablets(vitamin code by garden of Life )? Doctor said that Rejunex is better than those so stop your multi but Rejunex does not have all the vitamins and minerals

I have been having numbness in upper thigh (right leg) for almost 2 weeks now. It started as just numbness (like when leg falls asleep), but now it has started to hurt also. Sometimes it stings like crazy (like when I sleep on my right side and get up). Other times it starts hurt out of nowhere. The pain does not last very long and is not severe. A small patch is numb, I don't feel anything on touch unless i poke hard. Then it stings.

I sometimes feel like my head is moving , my body is in motion while lying down. What is this? I feel out of balance sometimes while walking.

I am suffring from strightning of cervical spine problem from 1 month,from some weeks i felt lite pressure in forhead during turning head left or right dirrction

My father met an accident and occured head injury (subacute subdural bleed 6.5mm in left temporal region and he is not in sense and in altered situation.Doctor suggest me to go back to home and did bed rest.sense will come by the time.please suggest me any hospital and doctor in kanpur,lucknow or delhi for this altered situation pateints.

Whenever I sleep or relax I get weird vibrations in body and I can feel near my chest. Also it's frequency is very high. Also it is not my heart beat or pulse as they are around 70s now. I'm not sure what they are however.

Hi. I have been suffering from nose bleeding at night for almost a 2 weeks now. I went for CT scan since I had severe migraines in the past. The result showed hypodense are on the left. And evidence of chronic sinusitis on the right. Is that possible to cause bleeding?

I have tingling/nibbing in hands and legs since couple  of days,hands have effects while washing, not sure on the reason for trigger
