Brain and Spine Problems

I have tiredness for the past 6 months and back, neck pain for last 2 weeks and head a he and back and centre head slight pain on and off...i had initially problem with gastrointestinal...now it is reducing...but other problems are there... Pls advice

I have severe back pain to greater extent since 4 years.. I have visited reputed neurologists, orthopaedic but no one could identify the real cause of pain. I have done MRI as well as xray report, everything showed normal.. I have also done vitamin tests, they were normal too.. The pain is further passed to ears, shoulders, hands along with bad headache..

I am having headache atleast 3 days in a week and usually it paining will occur at the back of the head , above spinal cord.Once if it starts paining it wont stop shortly , most of the times it continues for atleast half day. I feel like nerves are pulling at the back of the head.I am not sure whether its a type of migrane or not.

Feeling little dizzy after watching tv and mobile, but not in all times while only on sitting position and I too have anxiety disorder ... is there any problem

I m having trouble with sleeping. I think the problem caused by a lot of sleeping drugs injected in my body by a doctor last two years when I was sick. When I ask my parents why the doctor used a lot of sleeping drugs. They say because I was violent. I don't know what type of drugs the doctor used at that time. But what I want from you is to recover my sleeping habit to normal. I'm from Africa.

Is there any danger for exercise induced headachre. The pain is mainly on the occipital region like beating and beating

Currently am taking hifenac d, pan 40, gabaneuron 300mg, dilonex injection once a day, coralium d3, rejumex 500mg injection a day. I have been it for last 3 days with very less improvement. Kindly advice. MRI report- cervical lordosis reduced. Cervical spondylosis - endplate osteophyte, degenerated discs C5/C6 intervertebral disc is showing right paracentral focal protrusion compressing the ventral thecal sac n adjacent exiting nerve roots

My father got attacked by paralysis today morning 5 o clock. Age 58, left side affected. Plz let me know about treatment & precautions.
