Brain and Spine Problems

I have got sprain in my left solder (nas chadna) due to which I have pain in my left arm, solder to my ear.

I have a nerve clot (i think) on my wrist. It is buldging out a little and it is paining when i touch it or move my hand. It happened earlier once but got fine in a day. Just wanted to know what can be the problem.

My mother is suffering from pain that run from shoulder ,forearm to thumb from more than 1 year and it is difficult to do basic work .pain killer provide some relief for sort period. My mother also have high Bp problem. I want to know is it nerve related problem or bone ? Whom specialist should consult a GP or neurologist or orthopedists. Plz provide your consult.

I had a fall at work that resulted in a concussion a week ago and my headaches are getting worse and more debilitating with no relief from otc or prescribed pain meds. Should I return to the ER?

? Diplopia with right eye lateral double MRI done but according consultant normal finding Ophthalmology consult vision both eye equal no colour vision no headache no nosea and vomiting no hypertension no thyroid no any past history.

Like Certica pain. Too to bottom in right leg from hip joint. Sometime sudden nerve pain for seconds. Can't able to fold leg for long.
