I was diagonosed from typhoid. At that time one mistake was happened by nurse. She gave me injection of azithromycin 500 without dilution. I took around 15 days medicine. After that ringing in ear and back pain and pain cervical started. I felt muscle weakness. I went to neurologist and he told me that you have mild herniated disc. And I can't sit for more than 40mins continuously even after 2 months. I want to know if this is an affect of azithromycin wrong injection or medication per se or the weakness after typhoid. In fact 2 weeks ago I was walking and then it started pain in my right knee. I am streching and walking on a continuous basis to build muscles. I want to know if it is reaction of injection till. And now what should I do?

I am getting slow headache and pressure in eyes after eating 2nd meal of the day. This makes a feeling of foggy brain and slowly makes me tired as well.i have history of chronic constipation. This only gets cure by next morning and starts again after 2nd meal of the day. This is happening almost daily.
