Is it necessary do the surgery. Please give the feedback

Sir my mom has severe hand pain.she slept one day with her hand hanging side of edge of bed.the edge was sharp.since then she is having pain in her hand near scapula to arm.her index finger of left hand some times get stuck not able to extend.extends with force.which soecialist we have to consult sir.what is problem

Left Leg and Left hand is slight paining always. Strength of Left Leg and Left hand is day by day decreasing. Small head ache left side.

Hello. How are you. I have a question. I have been having a series of headaches all day, everyday for two years straight nonstop. At first it were regular headaches, just my head. Then within 1 year the pain began spreading to my face, jaw, neck, shoulder, and arms. It is like a stabing pain with electricity. This ONLY happens with the headaches. I have also noticed blurry vision and ringing in the ears right before, after, or during the headaches. Its does not het worse or better with light.

My brother had encephalitis and viral meningitis when he was 8 yrs old. He had learning disabilities as a after effect, but was otherwise healthy. Fast forward 35 years later and he has unexplainable symptoms of: Pain (back), fatigue, sleep, memory, balance, nausea and weight loss (110lbs) My question to you is what kind of Dr. treats the after effects of encephalitis and viral meningitis? My brother drink alcohol daily but he was stopped resently last 12 days he was suffiring some family problems but today morning onwards he was talking differently some like mental health was unconscious he was telling some one try to killing me like that with doctor I can consult he was not sleep he was going to where we don't no we searching he was sleep some road side please give me solution

I feel dead these days. No reactions. I get angry on small small things. I feel like a loser and a useless person. I get negative vibes from each and everyone.
