Brain and Spine Problems

I have pounding sensation when I stand up from sitting position or when I drink water as well as when I wake up from sleep. I have tinnitus and my blood pressure is 130ish/80ish. Its been there for last couple of years. Got brain mri and ctscan done but everything is normal. What can be the possible causes and which doctor can better diagnose it?

Severe headache condition in half part of head(ear to ear). Headache non bearable, even medicine like saridon not works at time of headache. Pls. Suggest a good Dr. In Gurgaon related to the problem, I described here. So that we consult him/her by today.

I keep getting cold chills, shivering and then my right leg spasms badly to the point where i cant sleep and cry due to pain. why?

For some time I feel like I was unconscious. Will anything happen to me? Will it harm my brain. Will I have memory Power loss?

Male 38. I faced a car accident exactly 3 years a go There was a hit in my head & was not conscious for about 2 hours. Immediately after 3 days, I have developed depression/anxiety. I tried some depression medications. Now I am taking sertraline 100/for the last 1.5 years. Currently the headache, anxiety, depression & panics are significantly decreased. I have diagnosed brain MRI 2 times and it was good and nothing wrong found. What can I conclude about my case?

I am having symptoms of temporary/momentary events of hemiparesis. Whenever i suddenly move right part of my body its paralyses and my feet and hands turn outwards for 5-6 seconds and then comes back to normal. The problem occurs only on my right part of the body and also affecting my speaking capability during the attacks. Its been 10 years i am facing this problem and visited couple of doctors. Father was diagonised with para sinal cancer and got treated at hinduja which had 36 radiations and 5 chemo and after 2 months we did neck and nose mri everything was clear and few days back he was feeling giddy and 2 days back he fell down because of unconsciousness so We did the brain mri for my father and this was the impression - lacunar infarcts in the left centrum semiovale and right frontal subcortical white matter region
