Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor. I'm suffering with anxiety since Dec 2016 and I had lot of panic attacks and many symptoms which got subsided slowly and I started feeling good since two months. But lately I'm feeling like I'm walking on boat whenever I'm walking and feeling unbalanced. I'm unable to explain this symptom. Even I feel like I'm having brain fog. Is this really anxiety related ? I'm very much worried about this. Please help. All my reports are normal. I smoke weekly once and don't drink at all.

Leaking water from one ear, we took MRI scan.. told that csf leak .. Need to do surgery or medication will cure the problem.. there is no other symptoms except clear water
