Brain and Spine Problems

I got hit in my right side of my head by a shoulder no I feel pain in my forehead and left side of my head

My mom 66yrs old is right side paralysed for last 3yrs. Shez not able to walk. Did physiotherapy for 2yrs n stopped as thr was no improvement.. Now shez having back pain n right leg pain all the time. I give her ultracet pain tab she is ok for some time n again starts paining... Is there any treatment where she can atleast walk a little r do her own work. N what med can I give for pain... She has very bad appetite she eats very less n cz of which she also has constipation issues.

Hello, My brother suffering from muscular dystrophy From 12 yrs age now he is 29 yrs old. Now his condition is very bad he is not able to eat and drink. admitted in st. Johns Bangalore they did few test's attached reports. Doctor said may be because of DMD his throat is infected. Prescribed medicines and said try to feed him but he is not able swallow anything. I know that he is at lost stage of his disease but could you please suggest me what step could we need to take,would need to admit in any hospital or anything like?

I am having neck stiffness from a long time but from the last week it has got increased. I am doing some yoga and has helped. But not sure of the exact problem so willing to consult a doctor. Could you please suggest a specialised doctor for the same?

Hi, I ve been seizure problem for past 10 years. Initially I took the tablets 300mg twice a day. But now increases to 600mg.how can reduce the same. I m taking OXETOL 600MG.

Hi my father is in bad condition, he have multiple problems, in 2017 Feb he got brain haemorhage, after that he gets fit, but now in may 2018 he got brain stroke, now he is  paralyzed left body, and he gets ischemic stroke, oxygen problem, can't eat anything from mouth, we are feeding through feeding tube, till now no difference comes, doctor discharged him 10 days back, to treat him at home, it will take long time if cure... I can't believe that doctors are not having the solution to this problem, I think medical have no permanent solution and cure for this problem.. doctors who have v good knowledge about the condition please reply, and if there is permanent cure for this problem? He is not able to move without support. He cannot understand when he needs to go to toilet. He cannot take his own food. He has urinary problem and his body weight is 35 kg.
