Brain and Spine Problems

I am 43 year's old man and suffered optical neuritis on may 2016 1st attack and 2nd attack on oct 2017 presently taking azathioprine 100 per day Resently my MRI brain results this " Few discrete hyperintensity foci in FLAIR/ T2 weighted images seen in the bilateral front parietal and occipital periventricular white matter suggestive of chronic ischemic changes " please explain what is this and also suggest what is name of this and also explain treatment for that

From last day my mother is not able to lay down her left side. She is continually suffering from head pain and Vertigo

I have been having dizziness constantly in left side of the forehead and sometimes it also occurs in different regions of forehead. I also have body aches usually relatively high in morning while waking up, concentration problem, little problem while speaking, confusion,ringing in both ears, acute fever. all these are not so sever but they are affecting my daily life and study.

I have fasciculation mainly in my calf muscle thighs and abdomen. This has been for around 3 months. Very worried.

I feel pressure in the center of my forehead and on sides..the pressure remains all day long . This is second episode i am experiencing and have experienced it before also . Previously it last for about 10-15 days. This is the second time i am having same problem. It has been 4 5 days

My son is 14 months year old. Today I found 3 cysst type swallowing mass near back side of head in left portion of neck. Is this normal and what is the treatment for that and where should I go.I think it is cystic hygromas. I live in Chandigarh.
