How to treat paralysis in india?
My father is 50 years old, with left sided paralysis since last 1 year. We are based in USA. We have undergone multiple treatments options for him over the period but he is still bedridden. We have heard there are different therapies in India. SO how is paralysis treated in India? Is there any different treatment option?

Paralysis grossly occurs due to either a blood clot or a hemorrhage in the brain. Depending on the time period within which the patient reaches a Neurologist, he can be offered a clot busting injection therapy ( thrombolysis) depending upon his vitals, clinical condition and other comorbidities at that point of time. That remains the gold standard treatment worldwide including India. Some large bleeds might require surgical intervention. U might be enquiring about other non allopathic modalities in India including Ayurveda, Homeopathic treatment which are practised widely with mixed results.
