Left eye nerve paralysis
My mom who is 61yr old, is diagnosed with left eye nerve paralysis, so her eye ball is not rotating, so she is looking like she has squint, is this serious condition, is it curable?

Is your mother diabetic ? Does she have double vision on looking far or near ? If diabetic and isolated 6th/3rd/4th nerve palsy - likely cause diabetic vasculopathy; self resolving with good diabetic control , alternating eye patch and physiotherapist. If multiple nerves involved needs further testing like MRI etc
