Brain and Spine Problems

Yesterday I slipped and fallen by head. CT-scan showed no aberration in the brain. While getting up from the bed or washing head, feels dizzy. Any suggestions on it.

I woke up with a tremor in my right arm. It's been two months and both my arms, legs, and head all have a subtle tremor. My head does a constant bob up and down. I have tingling and burning sensations all throughout my body, mostly in my legs. My muscles twitch randomly in different places, and I sometimes have pain that is unprovoked, mostly in my wrists and upper back. I've had numerous blood test done and a normal MRI of the brain w/ and w/o contrast. Please tell me what this is likely to be?

Pain exist at abdomen, back side & below lungs area. This pain exist over a month, not able to concentrate & work anymore. Can you pl suggest the cause for this & any medication for the same?

Both eyes vision equal no headache no vertigo no history of hypertension but right eye not move lateral 7day's. Before this complete 3 day's continue headache but till now no headache no any physically changes. MRI normal founding no pupil edema

I vomited my dinner 3 days ago and while I was vomiting, my head suddenly felt tight like it had been squeezed or kicked in. The pressure was/is very painful and for the past 3 days, everytime I bend forward and come back up a sharp pain occurs in my head. I'm worried this could be a tumor or something bad in general and I don't have insurance to se a doctor. It's almost like a swishing going on in my head when I bend and get back up and the pain is there. Please help.

I have been diagnosis with a cortical cyst on my left upper kidney with 2.2 x 2 x 1.6 cm, and syptoms are low blood flow to brain and heart feeling to much anxiety when i am sitting on chair during work. suggest any treatment

My right hand is not working properly. Especially my fingers. Even i can't lift a bucket of water, can't write for 5-10 mins. Continously. At the time of writing, after sometimes my fingers starts shivering. It affects so much in my job. Can u suggest me what i should do? And what medicine i should eat??

I have an ongoing eye-strain and now and then i get pain in them. I have been getting these constant headaches of late. A sharp pain in the sides of my head. Sometimes the pain is from my eyes. I smoke (about 10 cigarretes a day) and enjoy a regular drink on most weekends. Kindly advise severity of these headaches

I was chronic alcoholic and now sober from 5 year. Took Gabapentine 3 years and now pain reappeared.
