Headache, unsound sleep

My wife is suffering from frequent headaches(twice or more a week) - sometimes one side, sometimes both sides of the head. Also feels like vomitting during prolonged headaches. Having unsound sleep Sometimes low BP, sudden pain in the legs, black and blue spots that comes and goes. We have not got it diagnosed yet. Please suggest.
