Brain and Spine Problems

Had fainted 3 days back and then diagnosed and doctor suggested MRI. Report of which has came. Can anyone please explain the abnormalities on the report

Is it advisable to have levipil500, eptoin 500mg, Zonisep 100mg, Folvite 5mg, Frisium 5mg... together for the above condition??

Hello. Whenever I do any light work or if I stand or walk for few minutes my legs starts to feel shaky. I feel like I might fall. I also feel weakness in my legs. I have neurological compression at C6-7 level. And also have some compressions on lower back. I want to know that is it serious? Can it make me dissabled in future? And how can I treat this?

Constant pain in lower part of the head including the neck part from the last 3 days. Applied ointment and taken medicine for headache but no benefit and all this occurred after I have done some intense physical activity including running.

I hit the top of my head hard last night as I bent under the garage door that was going up to get into the garage. I didn't lose consciousness, and there was no blood on my head., and no vomiting etc. however I have a burning sensation and slight headache. Is this something serious? Doctor at ER said it wasn't a consussion. How do I know if there is internal bleeding? Also should I stop taking birth control pills for now?

I am 29 years old, I work for an IT company and staying with my family in Bangalore. I am going through mental problem, I am not feeling like talking to anyone inside family. May be my family has not given me complete freedom to live my life. I'm unmarried, I didn't get a right match for marriage and lots of rejection on the other hand. I don't have any female companion either. My family members somehow never encouraged me to go outside travel and mingling with people. I am not sure what's the problem. I am not sure what exactly is my problem. I sometimes feel like going abroad and living alone there, sometimes I feel I should stay alone in Bangalore. I am really depressed in life, I am not getting any idea. Please help
