Brain and Spine Problems

Childhood problem with thoracic scoliosis. Have not got an MRI done in the last 10 years. Recent MRI showed syringomyelia in spine. Have long term pain in the back and arms. No loss of heat sensation or strength or mobility problems. Have consulted with neurosurgeons and neurologists. Most of the opinion was not to go for a surgery now and to monitor the situation in a year or so. However, in one of the consultation I was told to go for surgery and look for a scoliosis surgeon as soon as I can or I shall start losing sensation in my feet. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have epilepsy since last 24 years. I am 39 years now. I have taken epsolin for 4yrs then everything OK. Then I have a scisor last 2012. Then after consultation with Dr I have taken CToin 100. But I have got an attack on 02.06.18. Now it's very uneasy feeling. What should I do?

It's been 4 days and I've this pain continously. I have pain in my right ear and right side head. The nerves on the right hand side forhead is where it's hurting the most. I took pain killer and then Disprin too. Nothing worked

I got hurt in my head today. I went to my friend's room to borrow a pen from him. I entered his room, took the pen but I didn't turn around to get out, I just walked in backward direction without turning around and i accidentally collided with the wooden door edge and got hurt in the back part of the head. It inflamed a little bit and is paining. The hurt is not major. Is my brain okey? Will my brain and memory Power decrease because of the hurt in back side of my head.? Will it harm my brain?

From 2 days I have one side neck pain and one side headache is constant. The pain is now unbearable .I ate pain killer some relief I experience but it does not heal today it again started . This cause me much difficulty Suggest me what is the reason And how can it heal

I'm​ having a nerve pull on the right side of my head ...it lasts for nearly 5 sec with a mild pain......it comes for nearly every 15 min interval of time. What should I do.

Hello doctor I wanted to ask you question. I am 26 years old. Doctor I think too much.. Over thinking over analysis of everything it's natural.. I am percusing my course from Russia. When I reach there m brain stops working. I get confused as in hostel many community ppl r there. There language is different.. I get puzzled easily.. there we have to take decision instantly. Have slow thinking. m 26 but my brain is like childish.. I take tension too much n I forget things there.. depression kind of...seeing people over there feel inferior very much.. I don't understand things easily.. Someone has to tell me in detail then I understand.. Tension.. Like a 26 years child brain is developed mine is not.. Doctor what is the remedy??
