There are multiple causes for headache. There isn't sufficient information to give you a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as X-Ray PNR, BP monitoring, thyroid profile, etc. so that the underlying cause can be found and treated accordingly.
