Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from lower back pain since yesterday noon.Its a sudden strain and still paining especially when I walk n change positions.Please suggest remedy

I had my brain CT scan and the impression was No perilesional edema - may represent calcified granuloma. I want to know will I be getting seizures or fits? Will the granuloma's grow in future?

For the past 3 months, I'm getting frequent headaches in the right side of my head. It is the same type of pain everytime. Initially I thought it might be due to my eye power, and the eye strain caused due to sitting in front of a PC at work. But because of the frequency (almost daily, starts and stops anytime) I'm getting worried.

Hi, I have this feeling of dehydration even though i drink lots of water. Plus, i have this feeling that there aren't enough air flow or oxygen going to my brain or head. I had my brain scan today and there is small intra-axial hyperdensity ( max HU+400 ) measuring 6x5mm noted in left high frontal cortex. No perilesional edema - may represent calcified granuloma. Are there any chances of getting fits / seizures if there is no perilesional edema?

Tingling sensation in my hand and foot since1week I have no diabetes so plz answer me
