Asked for Male, 67 Years

My father is suffering from Parkinson's disease since 8years. Presently he is taking Syndopa plus 4 times Pramipex (1.5+.75mg) one time daily Pacitane 2mg morning n night, But there is some side effects Hallucinations Voice problem Please suggest some medicines
