Got up suddenly from sleep and Ran for mituration, immediate fainting after mituration followed by seizure. Blurred vision after fainting for another 3 days

I am a pathologist and my brother is under this treatment for past one week. Now another doctor asked to stop this treatment.cause of unconscious and seizure is still not ckear. Can anyone doctor help me out regarding the same and what best we can do regarding this. He had no other medical histories.
