PRP for Condromalacia Patella Grade 2

Hi, I am 31 years old female. I have been diagnosed with CMP grade 2 (Trochlear dysplacia grade B and Lateral patella shift). I am taking physiotherapy, supplements, and avoiding high intensity exercises. I have pain, swelling, limited range of motion, and crepitus at times. I want to know will PRP injections work for me at this age? Should I take the injections or physiotherapy is enough? Do these injections have any impact on cartilage repair as well? Thanks in advance:)

Short height

"I am 20 years old and my height is really short — I am 4 feet 7 inches. Does that mean I am a dwarf girl? But my hands, face, and legs are completely normal, like a petite girl. I don’t look like a dwarf either. My family is also short  around 5 feet , 5 feet 3 inches, or 5 feet 4 inches and girls are 4'9 or 4'10 but Nobody in my family is a dwarf, and some of my cousins are even tall. So please tell me — am I a dwarf or just a petite girl?"also is there any chances that in future I will become a dwarf like when I turn 25 or 30

Chronic Pain in arms- forearm, bicep etc

I have been experiencing a dull ache and soreness/weakness, primarily in my bicep area, back of bicep, muscle above the elbow, shoulder and upper half of my forearm for around 30 days now. Initially it started with my left arm, but recently right arm also showing similar symptoms. Mild weakness somewhat extends to the pinky and ring finger areas (4th and 5th fingers). Pain and soreness area and intensity keeps changing throughout the day. Sometimes experience a burning pain in muscles, whereas other times its a dull ache. Also sometimes the pain extends to the neck, but not very frequently. After Initial doctor consultation, taking vitamin b12 and d3 supplements since past 15 days. Doing arm nerve glide or flossing exercises but situation did not improve. Please suggest what could be the issue here and next steps. Thanks.

L4, L5-S1 disc buldge

I have pain radiating to both my legs from 3 months. I have L4, L5-S1 disc bulge, and recently I’ve been experiencing hand pain, particularly in the morning after waking up. The pain feels pinching and shifts between wrist and fingers, resembling a nerve-related discomfort. However, NCV tests of all four limbs came back normal, and Vitamin B12 levels are also normal. I wanted to ask: 1. Could this hand pain be connected to the L5-S1 disc bulge, or is it likely a separate issue? 2. How long does such nerve-related recovery typically take, assuming it’s posture-related or due to inflammation?
