Hi Team, I am having knots on my back left shoulder and o feel pain when i do ice rub o feel relax but help me to get permanent solution for the same

Before 6-7 days ago i practice exercise like jumping,sit-up ,up-down .....but suddenly 5-6 days I faced problem in my knee..I can't straight it but can bend it...I can't walk properly...I can't walk straight.I can move my leg left but when I try to move my leg right sight I feel pain in my knee।I feel slight pain right sight knee while I walk and try to straight my knee।What should do right now?... How can I cure it? Please help sir/ma'am

I feel from stairs and I have tailbone fracture now. It's confirmed by X-ray and CT scan . I am a software engineer and this pain is causing me so much issue. My doctor just gave me zerodol sp and calcium suppliment. Is this enough? How many time it will take to get cure? This pain will go or it will last always? Kindly guide me.. Wanted to check is the recovery after 6 weeks is good and any diet which can be followed for speed up of recovery? Also when can I start walking?

Dear dr ,   my father  70 yrs has done angiograpsty on 13 march but he has pain and swelling issue last 2023 but ...take pain killer and fit ... Now concern some time left leg issue when one leg ok then another leg  start issue.... Swelling start ankle then toe then knees        So what is the reason. .. uric acid now 4.9 Before was 9 ... ... My father has cyst in kidney So what is route cause of problems

I have tail Bone pain from last one year. Got MRI done and findings were minimal marrow edema and Coccyx pain in first bone. Daily sitting in alum warm water for 20 Min from last three months and taking physio also. Will it go on its own or something else also I need to do. Pl advise as it's difficult To travel or sit for long .

My mother...feels pain in below knee to the ankle and ..also the back side of the Thigh sometimes...and it's happening with or without walking but after walking it feels more...and then sitting and stopping after 20-25 minutes...also she has RA . we know it in 2024 dec. And her vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D level normal...and the pain was happening earlier also.. Before her marriage...and also I see little swelling when sitting. 2-3, hours constant ...and 10 minutes later normal...i search google about...and Feel anxious like..Venis and Artery disease...plz tell me what happens..

My husband scooty slipped and he has thisnon his shoulder. can it be recovered itaelf or require surgery?

I have severe hip pain radiating to the groin and thigh with lower back pain. Also stomach pain. Unable to sleep or turnover in the bed peacefully and sitting, walking both became severely painful. Please help

I sprained my  foot and it really hurts to even walk. Please suggest some medicines which will alleviate the pain.
