Hello good evening. With based on one MRI sequence we won’t be able to help you much! We need to assess you clinically and see full MRI. answer the following questions 1) from how long is the pain? 2) is back pain radiating to any of your legs? 3) tingling and numbness or shock like sensation any of the legs 4) difficulty in passing urine or stools? 5)and weakness in legs? If any of the symptoms are present, then you might grade it into severe. But if only back pain- it’s still in the early stages
