Bone & Muscle problems

I have a spindle shape semi hard swelling in costal cartilage area. Near costo sternal side. It was noticed 6 Months before . That month I did some strenuous activity. I don't know the swelling was there or not before but the pain starts after I noticed the swelling.initially the pain was tearing type upon weight lifting and small movement. But now the pain reduce a lot although the swelling doesn't gone. Upon resting no pain I feel. My blood reports CBC ESR CRP are all in normal range. Done ct scan 2times with 3D reconstruction and brest USG also as I felt breast pain some time. All reports shows all in normal range. Dr told it costrochondritis. Some times holding phone also feels pressure on chest. Just like I feel edema buildup in tissue. Should I do some more test or is it normal in costrochondritis.how to reduce the swelling

Knee pain, leg muscle pain. Difficult to walk. Give suggestions to follow to reduce pain. Food to eat and exercise to do.
