Muscle and joint pains
I'm jagdeesh from Tamilnadu ,age-23.working in customer support.doing exercise daily and walking atleast 1 km per day and eating vegetables and fruits a lot. . I feel heavy pain in muscles and joints of neck, leg and hand and lower back bone and feel tired  after 5 to 10 mins of ejaculation (masturbut Or wet dreams). I have lost 5Kg automatically in a year without a intension to lose weight. I have been experiencing this from my age 18 to till now (23age). Is there any effective treatment to cure this. Is there any chance that I have pois (post orgasmic illness syndrome). How can I confirm that I am affected with this syndrome and what are the common symptoms that patients say to you. I'll be thankful to you, doctor if you answer this question 🙂.

Masturbation is a normal act. Don't feel guilty about it. It only indicates that your adulthood hormones are working normally. Relax, enjoy life and concentrate on your business.
