Bone & Muscle problems
Advice for this bone dislocation.
It is almost 2 year ago when I was playing cricket , A ball striked on my left thumb.Unfortunately the thumb was folded when I catch the ball. That's why the ball directly hitted on thumb. Then I felt sharp pain in my thumb. After some hours my thumb's area became much swelling & blueish. After some day I consulted with dr. After checking my x-ray report he told me that my thumb is dislocated and ligaments are injured.and prescribed a bandage and wear atleast 2-3 month. After 4 month it almost get cured. But after 6 month i felt mild pain. Then i consulted another dr. He told me to do CT scan and the report was there was a mild crack in the thumb and the tendon is thicked somthing else. And told to do cold and warm water compress,Other wise it's not cured it need e small surgery. After 1 month it almost cured but last 6 months I am facing a problem,When I wake up in the morning and try to bend my thumb, it makes a cracking sound like 'khotas','khotas'. What can I do now?xray attached here👇

Partial ACL tear
Dear doctors,
I am currently in Canada, and my MRI results indicate that I have a High-grade partial, functional likely full-thickness tear in the mid ACL of my right leg. I've been fitted with braces and advised to undergo physiotherapy. They plan to reassess my condition in two months to determine if surgery will be necessary. However, I'm feeling a bit apprehensive about the timeline for this follow-up. Do I really need surgery, or is it possible that the physiotherapy will help me recover?

Pain in right leg due to accident overea
My wife had an accident a year ago, injuring her right leg. Since then, she experiences chronic pain after minimal activity (walking, standing for 5 minutes, or doing household work). There's no fracture, but the pain persists. She also developed gas and bloating issues since the injury. Pain relief methods haven't worked well. We need to know if this could be nerve damage, muscle strain, or circulation issues and whether tests like MRI or nerve conduction studies are needed. Also, could her digestive issues be related to stress or medication side effects? Seeking advice on treatment and lifestyle changes.
