Artheritis pain
My wife having great pain in his hand joints and below rib cage seems like strained and whole body is paining can't even move properly. She already taking her medicines of Arthritis but within two days her pain increased a lot. Please prescribe some pain reliever.

The pain can be increased due to the cold weather, her arthritis specialist must have given pain killers for such emergency use.
If the pain is not responding to those better to see a dr in person such situations can escalate
