Dear Doctor,
I have been experiencing lower back pain for almost a year. Recently, after undergoing treatment from a gastroenterologist, some of my symptoms improved, but the lower back pain is still persisting.
I would like to understand the possible causes and the best way to get permanent relief. Could you please guide me on the appropriate tests, diagnosis, or treatment options?
Thank you.

Hello dear most common cause of back pain in 30 year old patients with no radiating leg pain is mechanical low back pain which may be working or posture related or travelling related . Initial line of management is back excercises , physiotherapy and mild analgesics if needed. If symptoms persists go for xray and blood tests with orthopaedic consultation.
Get xray of lower back first
Also check blood calcium, vitamin d and vitamin b12
Once all report done, best consult orthopedic doctor to interpret all reports
