Shoulder pain.
Hi,3 months back i started going to gym but since past one month my right shoulder is paining. It normally pains when i do my chest exercises ( bench press) and due to which am not able to complete my repetitions. Not sure if its a problem with bone or muscle. Injury in right ankle
Around 1 month before, i got injury in my right ankle. they have done an Xray and found a hairline fracture. Then they did plaster over there. And gave a time period of 22 days. Then too little pain is there when i tilt my leg.. or do little movement towards my ankle. So ehat should i do? Should i remove the plaster.?

Eyes burning
I feel like my eyes are burning since couple of months.
I work for 6hr in front of laptop and sleeps in between 11am to 8pm with an average sleep hrs of 6-8hrs a day. Even my heels are burning such that sometimes I feel slight stress beneath my foot. Please let me know the cause and remidi for the problem.

Ankle ligament Torn
My right foot twisted while playing badminton. It has got swelling too. I consulted a doctor immediately for any bone fracture and had an X-ray. There was no bone fracture but Ligament torn(Grade II).I am taking complete rest since 10 days. When should I start walking? Should I go for plaster to heal the torn Ligament?
