Fracture-left hand ulna
My left hand ulna bone is fractured 09 weeks before (15th Nov). I still have plaster on hand. Docs had advised to keep plaster till this month end. But i still have pain while movement done with the hand. Attached is my XRAY taken after 20 days of injury (9th Dec).Kindly advice.

Leg & Foot Pain
I have a flat foot and it always pains badly. I met many ortho to cure this but finally I was pushed to a physiotherapy. Doctor advised me to have an arch in my shoes which would ideally reduce my pain. It pains badly in my legs now days though having an arch, any suggestion to this or some strong gels or ointments pls

I have a genu varum (bow legs) since childhood. Few days back i consulted an orthopedic, he suggested me if i'm not having any issues in walking, running or any other activities you should not undergo surgery. Be happy with it. I found this answer unhelpful, what would you suggest, while walking it looks really weird

Pain in foot
Hello sir,
From last 2 days i feel intense pain(as if someone pinching a needle) in bottom of foot while urinating. As soon as i stop urinating pain stops and everything becomes normal..also i don't feel pain during excreting stool (mean letrin).. Can u suggest me possible remedy or which specialist i should visit

Acute pain in both heels
I have acute pain my both heels and running with pain.
I have diagnosis of xray of both feets ok but uric acid is on little higher side.
Doctor told its planter fascies and also injucted steroids injection on both heels got temporary relief for a month but now again same problem.
Please suggest and advice.
