Male,31. I do physiotherapy ex for my patella knee prob. I find my quads are stronger than hamstrings . should I use more weight for quads and less weight for hamstrings ?

Pain in Forearm/Elbow

I exercise with weights daily. My right forearm (maybe extensor digitorum muscle tip) started paining on straightening my arm and extending my fist upwards, and on lifting any moderate weights in a hammer hold fashion. Not sure if its tennis elbow or anything else. Its temporarily goes on using NSAID's. Please advise

Pain in the left hip

Pain in Tricep Tendon

I have a pinching and shooting pain in my right hand lower triceps tendon, where it attaches to elbow, when trying to do overhead one arm triceps extension exercise with dumbbells. This pain happens when i lower my forearm to stretch the triceps. its around the elbow point. It started just week back. Please advise.

Frequency - Phyaiotherapy

I do physiotherapy exercises for chondromalasia patellae twice a day. Total 8 types of isometric ex. And stretches followed by heating and diclofenac gel local application. Is twice a day sufficient or should I increase the frequency?
