Acute pain in both heels
I have acute pain my both heels and running with pain.
I have diagnosis of xray of both feets ok but uric acid is on little higher side.
Doctor told its planter fascies and also injucted steroids injection on both heels got temporary relief for a month but now again same problem.
Please suggest and advice.

Jaw and ear pain
It started of with mild jaw pain (right side ) and then went on to extreme ear pain at night (right ear).

Biceps pain n soreness
When I do bicep exercises my biceps get sore after sometime n my arms get jammed. I can't straighten them. It remains same fr atleast 3 days even if take pain killers. Pain starts from hip.
I m having a pain in my left back hip. It starts from hip nd passes in whole leg to the knee.It is very irritating . I get relief when i strech m leg . The pain is not external its just like a nerve related i guess but m not sure. My vit d3 level is normal.
