I can't bend my knee.
I had ACL transplant surgery a year back. I can walk and jog now but i can't bend my knee all the way back. What should i do? Will i be able to do it if strengthen my hamstrings amd quadriceps?

Pain at elbow and wrist
Usually when kept at one position for some time like hold baby or mobile my left elbow starts to pain. So I have to do some movement to lower the effect. Pain near ankle and heel
