Tremors in by hand
When I outstretch my right hand I notice involuntary tremors in my fingers and palm. This also happens when I hold a computer mouse. This reduces when I take vitamin a to z for a month. However the problem returns after a month from stoppage of vitamins.
I also feel slight inactiveness in my facial muscles nose tip.

Random pain in the legs, from thighs to the ankle. It starts anytime and then ends only with massage. Happens 3-4 times a week.

Pain in Ankle
I'd fallen from steps that led to twisting of my feet. Though it was a pain just for some time. And after just a day or 2 I was able to walk perfectly.
I can still walk well, but when I cannot twist my leg up to previous extent again, it pains a little.
What medication is to be done?

Hip socket ball replacmnt
My dad had slipped and fell on his left side. After taking x-ray it showed a fracture in ball. Doc suggested to do ball replacemnt surgery and a importer part was used. My dad he has diabetes too. My concern is will he be able to walk? Drive vehicle? Do normal thing? Or wil he be disabled for whole life?

My mom has knee and waist spondylitis as per doctor prescribe.. Doctor give also medicine like New bona activ. New bona jelly.. Decerin cm and dolentia gel. But till now my mom's pain is not curing..
