Pain in the upper back
I have been experiencing pain in the upper back near the shoulder blades on the right side of spine and right side of my neck. I have started experiencing the pain since I joined my latest job which requires 7-8 hrs of sitting in front of computer. I have shown it to few physiotherapists but nothing helped.

U have a poblem with your sitting posture
Diagnosis is trapezitis with trigger point tel your therapist ti do deep transfer friction message and ulterasound over the pain points.

Its probably selective unilateral trapezitis along with trigger points..go for DFT AND CUPPING... If any problems call me
