Pain in neck & shoulder
Since the past two days I'm having pain in neck and right shoulder. Without movement of the neck the pain is bearable but it hurts a lot while turning my head. Changing posture while sleeping has also been a big challenge. Should I visit an orthopedist? Any strengthening exercises? Is it cervical spondylitis?

Looks like u have strained your neck muscle.. Please visit an orthopaedic surgeon. He will prescribe muscle relaxants, meanwhile you can apply hot fomentation on the painful area
