Pain in both shoulder
Sever pain in both shoulders and back of neck, i took pain killer and applied DFO cream but from last 8 days pain is not reducing, after doing some work my shoulders swalloed.

Pain around the shoulder region and neck is due to Weakened paraspinal muscles. It occurs due to improper posture. As you have already tried painkillers, I would suggest you to visit an orthopaedic, get examined. Condition is curable with physiotherapy and exercises and a short course of analgesics.
