Problem in foot

On 12th June At night while I was asleep my right leg got numb,I was in sleep or what I dont know I stood on my right leg putting all my weight on right leg as it was numb I instantly fell on ground and my ankle swelled up like this(plz see pic attached). Than next day I went to a doc and he gave me medicines and asked me to put ice pack 4 -5 times daily for 10mins I did all. But still my ankle was paining everyday as I was going to office. As the pain lasted he asked for x-Ray I got that done there was something in that he said some infection is visible than he asked for Uric acid test it was all ok.Than he asked to go for MRI I got it done in MRI these lines were written "Marrow edema/contusion in cuboid and neck of talus with Undisplaced fracture of cuboid bone " than I put plaster on my legs for 14 days now plaster removed but still heels are paining when I walk and its paining not initially but as I walk 20-30 steps it starts paining. Request docs to please advise?

Muscle cramps

My right leg muscle especially thigh muscle has cramped & i am experiencing stiffness in the muscle. It pains me whenever i walk for long & stand for long due to stiffness & i have less flexibility in the legs. High pain in left thigh.

I feel extremely high amount of unknown pain sometimes in my left thigh... It is somewhat what kind of muscular or nerve pain and spreads badly to other areas of leg as well when at peak... Strangely this pain comes to me once or twice a year and that too in changing weather conditions(From hot to cold and vice versa)...

How to gain weight

Hey there, I am thin than what I should be. My BMI is 20 and I look very lean from my upper body. I reduce very quickly if I diet, more workout or if I increase intake of Green Tea/ Hot water. I want to increase my weight naturally in 3 months. Someone suggested to take raw egg and milk, empty stomach daily. Would like to know the ways I can increase it naturally. Also I eat mostly out or food made by cook, there is not much fat in my food. I eat sweets on a higher side, and I practice yoga three days a week.

Radiating pain-right hip

Tight pelvic muscles

From the last one year I am having this problem of intermittent pain in my low back. Also I face the problem of frequent urination due to this.. Also bit constipated also. I have seen seen urologist ,orthopedicsTheir advice is I have muscle spasms which causes all this(CPPS). Need to relax my muscles. I have taken good amount Vitamin D , calcium , done bit of stretching exercise , but problem is still there,which is affecting my normal life. Based on some internet research, I feel lot of symptoms relate to Magnesium deficiency(muscle spasms, stress, consitpation) So my questions is,it possible to be magnesium deficient? and can it be the cause If yes , is there some general magnesium supplement , which I can try out.
