Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain around my left shoulder blade, radiating to arm with numbness of index finger since 4 weeks. Doctor say cervical problem. On medication Ultracet for 3 week, changed to Pregbalin 75 since 5 days. Everyone say go for physiotherapy, my orthopaedic doctors say no exercise. Please advise best treatment options.

Weight is 69 kg And very thin body, even with proper diet. Want to have good health without any supplements that will be injurious to helath in future.

Started 2 weeks back suddenly out of no where while waking up one morning. Couldn't even get out of the bed. Crocin pain tablets or cambiflam tablet or volini spray didn't work. I've asked him to sleep on the floor as of now. After 2 weeks, now, he's able to bear the pain. As the day starts there's lots of back pain. Then as he walks n moves around, the body becomes flexible n towards the end of the day he finds it easier to walk, climb stairs etc. But any sudden jerk or movement causes deep pain. As a result he's not able to go for any workout like walking or jogging. He's been a software engineer for 10 years, n this is the 1st time he's fallen sick like this. Pls suggest the remedy for complete cure and non- reoccurrence. Thank u.

From last 2weeks I had pain in my left ankle. I was at party and danced there. And next morning my ankle was in pain. And same day my ankle twisted. There is no swelling. I applied moov 2-3 times. I thought the pain will go with time but it is not. So help me out.

I have IT band syndrome from last 3 years .. Just diagnosed properly. Very tight left knee . Foot runs out while walking.. Cant sleep straight coz foot fell outside. When get up in morning i feel good but as the day passes my knee starts hurting

I went on strenuous hike a few years ago and my knees began to crackle painlessly which I've ignored but more recently the crackling accompanies some discomfort. Also there is discomfort if my knees are bent continuously for an hour or so. If I keep stretching my knees the discomfort goes away.

Is physiotherapy a permanent solution for ligament tear recovery? How many session it will take to recover?
