From last few days i having pain in fingers of my feet and hand and also there is pain in wrist and ankle . i got fever 100.3 two days before and then only pain started . as fever got okiee . but pain is still there . what can be reason for this pain . as i have got complete blood and the reports are normal . what can be the reason for this pain . kindly help

Hello dear, Ur pain may be from chikengunia. In chikengunia Vamin B12 level get reduced. So u should take Vitamin B12 Supplements. Tablet NEURODAY is a good option. Take one tablet daily for 1 month. Also do hot fomantation and gentle movement exercises. If the symptoms persist amd not releived within a week then go to a good Physiotherapist.

Standing calf stretch
Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... According to history provided it may be due viral fever like chikungunya etc...generally pain in joints will be there for few more weeks in these types after fever subsided... I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
It could be chikengunia fever as it's spreading these days and it definitely lead to pain in hand and legs. However it could also be gout symptoms like these also indicate towards gout or RA. In both the cases you must consult the physician first. Then physiotherapy may be required.
