Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... According to history provided it may be due viral fever like chikungunya etc...generally pain in joints will be there for few more weeks in these types after fever subsided... I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
It could be chikengunia fever as it's spreading these days and it definitely lead to pain in hand and legs. However it could also be gout symptoms like these also indicate towards gout or RA. In both the cases you must consult the physician first. Then physiotherapy may be required.
