My bro has undergone acl operation... Now he is doing knee strengthening exercises... Prob is when he does it every time it pains... Aft he bend he don't get strength to straighten ,it pains.. When he straighten its very difficult to bend.. How much time is required to become normal aft operation.. Food suggestions for muscle build up in thighs as leg became very thin...

Hi Dr. I had severe back ache for sometime and my college physician advised an MRI. The report shows multiple building discs in my back. As a child, I was a steroids for many years because I had dermatitis. This was acquire at birth. Can you advise what I need to do? I am in college and I do not want to come to Mumbai unless you say it necessary. I can send my reports via my mother for a consultation

I have slipped disc in my spine. I am going under acupressure therapy. Its now two days passed but I cannot sit. It very painful to sit. What should I do and how many more time it will take for relief And I am government employee whenv can I join my job.

Hello Doctors- From yesterday I'm having this shooting/stabbing pain in legs mostly in the right thigh side starting from the right hip. It sometimes occur in left thigh as well. There is NO swelling but there seems to be numbness. I'm able to walk normally but having s strange pulled feeling while walking in the right leg. What could be the reason for this?

In my xray the doctor said that my spine disc has been dislocated.and give me advice for complete bed rest for 10 days. Is my disc will relocate to its position by having complete bed rest without any physiotherapy?

On 17th this month, i met with a minor bike accident. Since there was a lot of pain and swelling so consult with a nearby ortho surgeon , and later i have undergone an MRI scan in which its been mentioned "Features suggestive of high grade tear involving proximal 1/3rd of ACL" & "Features suggestive of grade 2 tear of MCL".(Please refer attachement for whole report). Does it mean that only surgery is the only way to continue for normal behavior or does physiotherapy also can help ? PS : I don't play any sport nowadays just i workout daily and sometime running/Cycling/Mountaineering

Click sound in the joints so many times. Elbow, knees specially. Why does it happen? Is it dangerous?
