Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since when are you having this pain? Was tgere any injury that you sustained recently or in the past? Is the pain there though the whole day or only when you do the movements? As of now take a tab. Myospaz-th twice a day for today and if it still persists, consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Is their Any history of injury that would guide us to rule out a few possibilities. Whereas if that isn't the case it's purely biomechanical and a few stretches and muscles release with ultrasonic would do it for you. 3-4 sessions that's all.
