I am having wrist pain
I am having wrist pain when I move wrist downwards it is paining not much but there is a pain. I went to general physician.I have taken his two days course but still there is a pain

Tk physiotherapy treatment and apply wrist bandage avoid hanging ur hand .

If you are not getting relief by taking medications... you can take some physiotherapy sessions specially LASER and US therapy to reduce pain and inflammation... Do let us know how did this occurred so that we can guide u in a better way... till than you can go for the above mentioned treatment with hot fermentation... Take care get well soon

Is their Any history of injury that would guide us to rule out a few possibilities. Whereas if that isn't the case it's purely biomechanical and a few stretches and muscles release with ultrasonic would do it for you. 3-4 sessions that's all.

Hi You are forgot to tell mode of injury . application of ice pack for 10 min and ultrasonic thearpy. Use crepe bandage on wrist.take care.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since when are you having this pain? Was tgere any injury that you sustained recently or in the past? Is the pain there though the whole day or only when you do the movements? As of now take a tab. Myospaz-th twice a day for today and if it still persists, consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
