Pain and tenderness
I sliped while doing yoga 1 month back . Their was tenderness and pain in rt upper arm which had minimised but still persist . I applied volini gel and cold fomentation. Why the pain still persist?

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

As it's long time one month for such injuries. Better to meet specialist n do treatment properly. May give trouble later if not treated at right time . Good luck .

Hello. Well when you would have slipped..the impact has caused the pain..and its quite possible that you would have got haematoma or mild compromise in the blood circulation due to that...it's better you consult an orthopaedician..thank you

It's been a month since you have this injury and the pain is still persisting. Usually muscular pains settle by this time. I'd suggest you to consult an orthopaedic surgeon and get assessed to rule out any major pathology regarding your pain.
