My face bone is widened so please suggest some necessary action to reduce it I want to have a narrow face tall face how do I get it also I used to take body grow supplements is it because of that please confirm all the possible reasons and the actions need to be taken

Hello..... Gymnasium changes facial appearance due to muscle hypertrophy and bone growth.. There are so many bones in face, and they are jointed together with ligaments... You can't do anything now... If at all you need to change it consult facial surgeon... Doctor will explain you the possibility.
