Hi Sir , At morning time when i getup and start walk my leg heel was getting pain. I feel very difficult to walk, After some time (10min ), I didn't have any pain, every day like this, from last one month, Is there any iron or calcium problem or any mager problem is that. Kindly please tell me. Is there any medicine for that.

Suffering from right hand shoulder muscle pain from one week. also there is a little bit of swelling. Took medicine related to muscle sprain, but no result.

Hi. I have a tingling feeling in left leg hamstring since 1 week. I had similar scenarios in my right & left leg hamstring previously too as I play full time Badminton. However proper stretching & rest helped me recover. But since 1 week this tingling feeling in my left hamstring isn't seeing any change at all.
