Bone & Muscle problems

My sister from last 2 days has been experiencing severe pain on her left hand till her shoulder. Doctor suspected it must be dengue which is common during rainy season so he suggested blood tests and vitamin D tests. Blood tests were fine but there was a massive drop in the vitamin D count. The reason for sudden drop in the count is still unknown. Now she's following a medicine course of Vitamin D and Calcium supplements. Are the symptoms caused due to some other disease? Please reply urgently. Thanking you.

Dear Sir/Madam, My mother is facing problem in her back. We have done MRI for the same and found some swelling in her muscle which is very near to her Back bone. Have visited Seven hills and doctors have advise its some type of muscle grow (massa) which is very very small and cannot be operated. They are just giving a type of pain killer so as to bear the pain. We have also check with other doctors too and they have confirmed its not a cancer. Please advise the best solution so it can be removed permanently. Doctors have advise they are examining the same since last one year and have found no growth in the massa. Can I have the best alternative as due to have high dosage of pain killer she is also now facing digestion problem. Regards, Rahul

Hello, yesterday while playing football, when I started my sprint I heard a loud pop and excruciating pain in my Achilles tendon in right leg, I visited my nearby hospital immediately, they took an xray but it didn't show any problems, but after further inspection the doctor said that the tendon has been ruptured and would need an MRI scan to check the damage, Please help by explaining the possible outcomes and what should I expect now, also I had an ACL reconstruction surgery about an year ago in left knee. I have lex joints and flat feet. Please help ASAP. Thank you.

Hello doctor... I am 16 years old and .. I am having a severe vitamin d deficiency of 8.8 ng/ml. It was detected when I had gone for a check up to an orthopedic for muscle spasms and joint aches. He gave me a prescription of cholecalciferol capsules of 60000 IU which is for 2 months. I just wanted to know if there is a certain diet i can follow and should i be concerned that this can lead to other diseases or this deficiency is due to some disease.

My brother in law has been diagnosed with spinal tb. He is bed ridden for last 2-3 months & can't move. He is taking 1st line of ATT drugs but no improvement can be seen. Spine surgeons at private hospital are recommending for surgery with metal rods as the MRI shows that the spine bones are melted & it cannot be recovered as per them. However, government doctor do not, they suggest removal of pus, continue with drugs & recommend genxpert test. We have consulted 2 private surgeons & they recommended for surgery, this is a very big decision to make. There is no sign of paralysis & sensation is definitely there in body but legs are getting weak. Please suggest if we shall go for the surgery or not !!!

Hi,I need advice in regards to my knee pain.its been 6 months i have given birth to a baby.till first 4montha i did not have knee pain n now i have problem when i sit on low lying chair n stand up, climbing stairs n walking down.
