I had an accident yesterdsy morning. This is my mri report please somebody tell me What to do and what is the problem with the knee The xray came out to be normal

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The reports are pretty self explainatory. There is a small fracture of the knee cap bone.
