Twisting injuries of knee sustained while playing are likely to cause injury to collateral ligaments, cruciate ligament, and meniscus of knee. The knock sound you feel is likely to be due to meniscus tear. You need an mri scan and should preferably visit an Orthopedic clinic
Health Tips
Your symptoms are significant and you should not ignore them, as they suggest injuries in joint
