Shoulder dislocation

15 years back had a sports injury and since then have had shoulder dislocation recurring everytime. Getting worse. Need help.

If it's recurrent and you are into sport's go for surgery and if not into sport's or too much physical work. Go for some physiotherapy sessions to strengthen your shoulder muscle and observe the difference in shoulder stability. Other wise last option is anyways sugery.

RECURRENT SHOULDER DISLOCATION REQUIRES SURGERY . NEED TO SEE UR MRI TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF DISLOCATION. AND THEN PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
