If it's recurrent and you are into sport's go for surgery and if not into sport's or too much physical work. Go for some physiotherapy sessions to strengthen your shoulder muscle and observe the difference in shoulder stability. Other wise last option is anyways sugery.

If recurrent, and tried Physio already then don't wait . Pl meet good surgeon and get surgery done .
