A few tests like xray would be needed.
You might be having any sprain or even a fracture. As of now, you can take a tab. Myospaz-th twice a day after food for 2 DAYS.

Hi, first get examined by a orthopedic doctor and if needed get a X-ray done. Then you can take pain killers
