Hello, I have back pain from last 2-3 days. It gets really worse at night. I don't know how it caused so suddenly cause i didn't lift or do any type of that work. I have recently started working  (20-25 days) so it might be due to regular sitting but I doubt that. And it is triggered during sneezing too. Please suggest what to do. Exact location of pain is around lower hip I guess.
