Bone & Muscle problems

When you workout out usually a day after your sore well if you worked multiple muscles and the muscles that you worked are sore the next day well I am wondering if your body can heal multiple muscles at once?

I have a problem regarding clavicle fracture i just wanted to know whther its healed or not Its been 2 years

I am a recovering drug addict years ago when i would take alot of uppers i would get a buring pain in my upper left arm that wld radiate into my back and my left arm would get very cold I have been sober for 9 months and when i stopped using drugs the pain stopped until about a week ago it also feels like my left bicep and lat muscle are deteriorating even though i lift weights on a regular basis I went to the doctors when all this started happening and they couldnt find anything wrong so i dealt with it and was relieved when the pain stopped after i got sober but now that it is back I am worried and scared to go to the doctors because I dont want them to think that I just want to be put on medication

My mother has been having knee pain for 2-3 months now. We consulted some doctors, they prescribed Calcium (and vitamin D I guess) tablets and mother has been taking it. However, her knees pain continues. Is there some exercise she should do(or should not do) ? Or some food items that she should consume (or should not) for a better recovery ?

My arthritis problem since 2007 during these days acute knee pain and Dr. Advise me to take ultraset and pregblin forte twice a day. Retoz 90 ,CCM & HCQS once in a day. It is difficult to me for bend the knee. One month ago numbness in my right leg and arm during night. It is very difficult for me to sleep properly.

My husband suffering from lower back and leg pain since a week. Went to physician taking pain killer and join relief medicine but the pain is like that only.

I find some sound coming from my knee while climbing stairs and it pains when I run. I got hurt while doing hurdles once.

My acl and pcl both are tear and lcl also according to my Six year before MRI, now I am facing problems to running and climbing to stairs and picks up the weight etc. now what i to do for this???????/

Hi, I had an accident 2 months ago, a small one . then came to know it was a high grade ACL tear through MRI, i consulted a Ortho specialist, said me to wear knee brace (immovable) for 4 weeks , just removed it.. feel a bit pain, My question is can it be cured without surgey ? or shuld i wait long to know the intense of wound?

Before 6 months, met with an accident which displaces the knee bowl and some minor crack also as per consultance of doctors, take medicine courses of doctors, knee massage and use of knee belt. But there is no recovery. Please provide me a better suggestion
