Leg pain in the calf part
I've been experiencing the twitching in my calf leg from last one month I have shown to doctor n he prescribe pregaba NT my the pain triggers as soon as I go to sleep n this doesn't let me sleep for days I have very critical condition plz help.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day

Please seek second opinion from a different doctor. There are more treatment options than just pregaba nt. Prescription can't be made online and requires examination beforehand. Vitamin e tablets and nutrition is important. Avoid dehydration .. there are some levo carnitine supplements and colchicine tabs which can help. Ask your doc regarding those.

Stretch your calf muscle every hour or two. Get your electrolyte levels corrected if needed. It can be either postural that leads to right calf muscles or electrolyte disturbances. Please consult me online for a thorough treatment from home that you can do yourself with my guidance.
